Introduction
I offer an integrative approach to psychological healing that works directly with the mind-body connection. It combines elements of talk therapy with mindfulness and body awareness, giving access to the core stories that trick our brain into believing unhelpful, looping, and hopeless thoughts. This gentle and powerful approach to the change process recognizes the biological, psychological, and social elements of suffering. We will work together to design a therapeutic experience that aligns with your values, comfort level, story, and symptoms. I worked in the Integrative Bodywork field for 20 years supporting people experiencing anxiety, interpersonal trauma, chronic pain, invisible illness, and an overall sense of powerlessness. My client-centered counseling practice incorporates body-centered techniques with cognitive, present-focused, and/or ketamine-assisted psychotherapies. Therapy is one of many ways to bring the change your life is asking of you. It is my aim to meet you where you are and listen deeply as you explore your story, unburden your nervous system, and rebalance.
