Introduction

I offer compassionate and empathetic mental health services to adult clients in a safe, judgment-free environment for those struggling with emotional dysregulation, trauma, relationship issues, depression/mood disorders, and other problems. My purpose is to serve as your guide as you navigate through the process of healing and growth. We will work together using a person-centered, strengths-focused approach that supports you as an individual fully capable of creating positive change in your life. Everyone deserves to be respected, to receive acceptance, and to be deeply valued. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I believe strongly in the power of the mind-body connection and in the relationship between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I primarily use treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and person-centered therapy, but your treatment will be tailored to you as a unique individual. I place emphasis on the core principles of person-centered therapy, including unconditional positive regard, empathic understanding, genuineness, and the therapeutic relationship. If you feel like this approach would be a good fit, I welcome the opportunity to travel this part of your journey with you. Please reach out today to schedule an appointment!
