How are you? If you feel lost, lonely, confused, misunderstood, angry, or simply uncomfortable, I may be able to help. If there's someone in your circle whom you interact with in a way that has never really made much sense to you and may even be causing discomfort, I may be able to assist with that. If grades, employment, sports performance, or some other measured responsibility seems to be a little more challenging than it has ever felt before, I may be able to help with that too. I might just be able to guide you to the next phase in your life, so let's talk! When we talk… My therapeutic style is relaxed, creating a safe space for you to share. You can count on honest listening and feedback. Even if it means assisting you in finding a more suitable service than I can offer, I'm here for your best interest. With extensive case management experience, I can help locate additional services to enhance your overall well-being. Meeting style is adaptable... Every time we meet, our work may look different than the last session. This is because life brings us through hours, days, weeks, and months where our feelings may vary. So, you may benefit most from something different than the last meeting. Regardless, I strive to match your pace. If you prefer a quieter meeting where you just need someone to sit with, we can do that. If there's a lot to discuss and you'd like me to take notes and listen, we can do that too. Whether you find it more effective to express yourself through words, drawing, or therapeutic games during our session, we can accommodate that. If you need me to guide a session with focused work, like a worksheet or predetermined activity, to alleviate any pressure you may be feeling, we can do that as well. Our meeting style will be adaptable to guide us through and take us to the next one. Life can be challenging, and I'm here to offer support and guidance. However it may look, as long as we have some sort of goal to keep us grounded. Just keep swimming… Imagine that picture where an arrow depicts the path to success. It may start pointing up, reflecting the manageable first step of deciding to make a change, but challenges can arise, leading to an arrow that fluctuates before eventually continuing straight up. This means our journey toward your goal may seem a bit scrambled at times. I don't mind the fluctuation, as long as we reach your goal. If you're not interested in delving into the research that informs our meetings and direction, no worries—I'll save it for a time when you may be more interested. Just know that I'm doing back-end work, akin to a coder, to ensure our therapeutic work is backed by research. So… Take the first step towards positive change—reach out today.
