I am here to teach coping skills focused on how to handle present-moment challenges or provide safe space for you to gain introspection into how events from your past have shaped you. I offer the opportunity to set clear goals for your personal growth and a flexible set of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to draw from in order to best meet those goals.
