My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Using customized client plans and research-backed techniques, we work on changing your thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and physiology to help you achieve what is most important to you. My therapeutic style is engaged, curious, empathetic and straightforward. I specialize in anxiety, stress management, insomnia, OCD, depression, traumatic stress (PTSD), adult ADHD, anger/irritability and relationship conflict and discord.
