Hello! I’m Jessica Waters, and I’ve been working in mental health and substance use since 2017. Helping people feel truly heard and validated for their emotions has always been close to my heart. For a long time, I dreamed of opening my own practice, and I’m so excited to be here now, helping people navigate some of life’s toughest moments. I know firsthand what it feels like to be in “overdrive”—when everything feels overwhelming, and you’re just trying to keep it together. It’s that understanding and lived experience that allows me to truly connect with those who are struggling in the same way. I specialize in substance use and trauma, but I’ve worked with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to stress and grief. Everyone’s journey is different, and I take a personalized approach to help clients move through their struggles with empathy and care. Many of my clients find that, through working together, they experience a deeper sense of emotional validation, better coping strategies, and a real shift in how they approach their mental health.
