Introduction

You feel stuck, repeating the same patterns no matter how hard you try. And you try - try hard to do better, forgive, heal, and move forward. However, too often you end up right back where you started. It's hard to trust people, and when you do you often end up hurt. During the day, you feel you are in a constant fog and find it difficult to make decisions or meaningful connections. At night, you wish you could flip a switch and turn off your mind so you could sleep. The way you have been coping isn't working, and you feel overwhelmed. You want hope: hope to heal, hope to move forward, hope to feel more in control. It is my honor to work with clients to help them find hope and feel understood. I come alongside you to help you clear the fog, make sense of your emotions, and lean in to reach a healthier version of you. I also enjoy incorporating a client's faith into counseling sessions at their request. It's okay to feel the way you do. We all have emotions, and some are more overwhelming than others. Finding a good counselor shouldn't be. Schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation through my website and find out if I'm a good fit for you.
