We will collaborate to learn what is of most value to you and how we can support you on your journey to be the person you want to be. As a neurodivergent therapist who blends complementary therapeutic modalities, I work with compassion, empathy, and being honest, the possible occasional curse word to assist you in embodying your potential. Along the way, feel free to move the pillows, change the color of the lights, stare out the window the whole session, grab a fidget, pull out the yoga props, or let me know other ways we can tailor this journey for you.
