Introduction

Feeling sad, stressed-out, anxious, overwhelmed, lonely? Life transitions can be difficult, especially when you feel as though you must face them alone. My goal is to help you create change in your life by focusing on the whole person. I am experienced in a variety of treatment modalities, including sound therapy and energy work. I have been in practice for over 5 years, working with a wide variety of client concerns including depression, anxiety, crisis intervention, trauma, substance use, relationship stressors and life adjustments. My goal is to provide a compassionate and comfortable space to empower and encourage individuals to improve their personal relationships, overall wellbeing, and become the best version of themselves. Although I cannot guarantee that our work together will help you find all the answers to your questions, I do promise to provide a safe and secure place for your healing journey and will offer support and resources to help you tap into your highest self.
