Since 2015, I have had the privilege of helping individuals dealing with a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum, grief and loss, relationship issues (including infidelity), ADHD, self-worth, and more. I previously served as the Sexual Assault Crisis Counselor for a domestic violence shelter where I co-lead their first group for survivors of Intimate Partner Sexual Violence. I often help individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and find meaningful change and clarity in their life and relationships. My goal is to help you find authentic change and to help you better understand your true self. To learn more about my practice, please go to my website (www.jascounseling.com).
