Introduction

Hi, I'm Jessica. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado. I have a Masters Degree in Couples and Family therapy from the University of Colorado, Denver. For the past decade I have passionately helped individuals & couples create more fulfilling lives and relationships. I am committed to helping my clients function at their peak level of health and happiness. Through a systems perspective and evidenced based practices, I help clients better understand themselves and how to reach their desired goals. I use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and The Gottman Method to help my couples reconnect, navigate the transitions of life and build a secure attachment to one another. I'm here as a guide for self discovery, overcoming limiting beliefs and cultivating the life and relationship you want! With honesty, empathy, humor and encouragement we will work together to create healthy relationships that provide fulfillment and personal satisfaction. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, perinatal distress, infidelity, parent/child conflict, high risk behaviors in adolescents, school/work related challenges, relational and communication difficulties in the family/couple system.
