Introduction

Whether your problems are big or small, simple or complex, new or chronic, I am here to work together at a pace you are comfortable to identify and meet your goals. You may have barriers to creating the life you want in the form of complicated life stressors, depression, anxiety, grief, substance use issues, PTSD or other challenges. I use an eclectic approach of therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment therapy as well as Mindfulness-based and somatic approaches such as EMDR to tend to the bodily sensations that come with many mental health conditions. I have 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field working in various roles in outpatient practices and inpatient hospitals. I am dually licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with mental health as my focus and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with substance abuse as my focus. I am trauma-informed, culturally competent, and an LGBTQ+ ally. I am ready to give you the safe space and support you need to heal and grow as you begin to live your life more effectively and more fully.
