Introduction

Ever feel defeated and at a loss? Events occur and sometimes we struggle to manage and move through these events. I can walk through this journey with you to teach you to manage the stressors of daily life. I graduated from Heidelberg University with a Master of Arts in Counseling and from Tiffin University with a Bachelors of Psychology. I am now a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC). I am EMDR Trained and am a Grief recovery Method Specialist. I primarily work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, grief, and addiction. I focus on children and adults using a trauma informed approach, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I have experience in various settings including correctional facilities, community mental health, private practice, detox and inpatient facilities.
