I use an integrative approach that helps you better understand the ties between thought patterns, past experiences, and emotions. Often, couples find themselves caught in the same pattern of arguments which can lead to feelings of disconnect. We'll utilize mindfulness practices that increase your emotional and bodily awareness to help you calm those worried, anxious thoughts. We'll work to decrease perfectionistic beliefs and build self-empathy so that you can let go of guilt and overwhelm. My goal is to build up your confidence to help you find relief and feel like yourself again. Pregnancy and the postpartum period are unique seasons of life that require a provider to have knowledge and experience that honor the birthing parent, their partner, and their families.
