Jessica Rangel is the owner of Inner Guide Counseling, LLC. Jessica is passionate about helping others find clarity in their relationships with themselves, their communities, and their world. She has worked with people across the lifespan in a variety of therapeutic settings including residential treatment, community mental health, and transitional housing. Her draw towards nature led her into the field of wilderness and outdoor-based therapy where she gained a passion for sustainable life skills, experiential therapy, and the healing power of sharing our stories with others. Her focus is on supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, grief, trauma, and loss. She is also an advocate for Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and works with individuals integrating non-ordinary states of consciousness as catalysts for change. Grounded in an authentic relationship-focused approach, Jessica believes in the innate wisdom that each individual holds. She utilizes evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as a blend of somatic and mindfulness modalities to promote self-exploration and inner guidance. Her approach is holistic and collaborative as she works to help individuals identify personal values and commit to actions that enrich their lives.
