Hi! I'm Jess. I'm a AASECT Certified Sex Therapist providing individual psychotherapy & sex therapy. I am currently completing my consultation hours to complete EMDR basic training. I helping people work on their relationships, work through difficult transitions, or manage issues like anxiety/panic, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD. I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ population. Starting therapy is REALLY hard! Making yourself vulnerable to a perfect stranger can feel uncomfortable. My goal is to help you find a way to improve your quality of life. Therapy is not only a process, but joint effort. My favorite part of therapy is connecting with clients on a human level.
