Introduction

I work with young children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families. Using a strength-based, solution focused approach I work on issues occurring both in school and at home. I believe that by working through life's ups and downs it is possible for everyone to be the best version of themselves. One of my hopes is that clients leave my office feeling better than they did when they walked in. One of my passions is helping people have a better day and feel better about themselves. I enjoy helping clients highlight strengths and build upon them in the therapeutic setting. Problems at school are all too common. It is hard to focus on academics when other things are weighing on a student's mind. We can work on specific areas of concern you or your child is facing at school and learn tools that can be applied in everyday life. When was the last time things at home were peaceful? Family therapy can be a good option when things have gone off course. Also, parenting and guardianship can come with challenges all on their own. I am here to help.
