Introduction

Taking steps to speak with someone about the challenges you, or someone you love, are facing is a powerful act of love. I believe, no matter one’s age or experiences, everyone possesses a natural desire to change, grow, and heal. My role is to walk beside you to discover and support those natural skills while assisting with problem solving, recognizing options, and trying things in new ways - free of judgment. I am a fully licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) and I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples. I have a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in American Sign Language, from Boise State University. After moving to Washington from New York in 2021, I was granted the credentials of Mental Health Professional (MHP) as well as Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS), both approved by the Washington State Department of Health. I have also taken additional trainings to become a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). I am dedicated to providing the most beneficial and meaningful services and therefore tailor each client's needs to their treatment. If, at any point, it appears that my style or services may not be the best fit - that is okay! I will be happy to assist in connecting you to the support you deserve. I look forward to supporting you and your individualized needs.
