Life can bring unexpected changes and events that can take us off the path we expected. My goal is to provide a supportive and empowering environment for adults, teens, and children (5+) to address their mental health needs and enhance their overall well-being. I have experience working in community mental health, schools, and providing tele-health (virtual) sessions. I currently see clients both in person and telehealth.
