Throughout my career I have focused on helping people find concrete solutions to different issues while also being an anchor for them to practice mindful reflection. My focus has always been to help shine a light on a persons strengths and to validate their feelings - especially in a world that can be very dismissive and invalidating. I aim to improve your confidence and self-compassion so that you can better cope with whatever challenges you're facing. With me you will find a safe space to discuss sometimes difficult topics including trauma, depression, anxiety/panic, sexual issues, disordered eating, addiction, etc. I would be happy to support you along your journey.
