As a bilingual Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT 153607), I am dedicated to providing empathetic, client-centered care that fosters emotional well-being and resilience. I earned my Master’s in Psychology with an emphasis in Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and have over a decade of experience supporting children, families, and individuals through life transitions, relational challenges, and mental health concerns. Currently, I provide therapy, integrating trauma-informed care, reflective practices, and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs. My background includes leadership roles in developmental services, case management, and early childhood programs, where I have advocated for increased access to mental health care, particularly within Spanish-speaking and immigrant communities. With specialized training in Reflective Supervision, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and Person-Centered Thinking, I strive to create a safe, culturally responsive space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healing journey.
