Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor in Colorado. I have experience working in primary care medical and school settings with folks of various ages and cultural backgrounds. I also lived in Guatemala for a few years and speak Spanish. Primarily, I support teens, young adults, and women as they navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and difficult life events. I often draw from multiple therapy approaches. I also have an appreciation for the link between our mental, physical, and emotional health, and we will consider this in our work together.
