The search can be daunting and exhausting - particularly when you're trying to just find someone who will understand and respect you. Being vulnerable with a stranger is scary and I applaud you for taking the first step in finding someone who can help you feel more "you". Therapy is not cookie-cutter or black and white. It can take time to find the right match, and I truly hope that I can be that for you! My therapeutic style is centered around each individual's needs, strengths, and areas for growth. I work from an empathetic and respectful stance that aims to help you alleviate pain, stress, and internal struggles. Drawing from multiple psychotherapeutic theories, I use an integrative approach to understand your life experiences and how they have led to your present day feelings of being lost, unhappy, confused, overwhelmed, or whatever it is that has led you here.
