Welcome! I'm so glad you’re here. My name is Jessica Jones, and I believe that healing begins with feeling understood and cared for. I often assist clients in refining conflict management skills, exploring their beliefs/ values, and building healthy relationships with others. I’ve been trained in several therapeutic approaches, like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, strength-based therapy and mindfulness-based practices, but the heart of my work always comes down to empathy and connection. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each person I work with. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to walk alongside you as we explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences together.
