The weight of the world is heavy right now, but that does not mean you have to carry it alone. My goal is to help you unearth the answers to what you’re looking for and to support and guide you as you find your truths and create alignment in your life. I strive to foster a warm and safe environment that feels comfortable and judgment free. I draw from many strength-based and evidence-informed practices to thoughtfully develop a person-centered therapeutic experience that fits your needs. In order to create positive changes, I believe in creating a client-therapist relationship that is built on empathy and trust.
