I will teach you skills and strategies to help you achieve your goals, including improving your relationship(s), reducing anxiety, and recovering from trauma. I am a licensed clinical psychologist, specializing in evidence-based therapies to increase closeness in your romantic relationship and/or to help you experience relief from anxiety or past traumatic events. We will draw on cognitive-behavioral and emotionally-focused therapy strategies to achieve your goals. My first goal as a clinician is to create a warm and supportive therapeutic environment that will help you reach your goals. I have a warm and compassionate treatment approach, and I’ll be honest and transparent with you about therapeutic process. I care deeply about my clients, and would love to work with you to create the life you envision for yourself!
