Introduction

Our goal is to provide empowering experiences. We support you stretching beyond your edges and leveling up. We believe in your skills, talents, and wisdom. As we help you remember your inner courage, strength, and beauty, we design programming to help you cultivate more of your heart wisdom - complete, pure, and sacred. If you found your way here, perhaps you are looking to create an extraordinary opportunity for yourself, your loved one, or your business. Maybe you want to move your team building out of the board room and into a space with more possibility. Whatever brought you to this moment, we strive to create your experiences in ways that suit your goals and needs best. We invite you to rediscover your heart wisdom, see the treasure you have within, and walk away with effective tools to enhance the way you live, learn, and love Dedicated to empowering all people affected by substance use disorders, Jessica specializes in enhancing clients' self-esteem, independence, creativity, and authenticity. Recognized as addiction Professional of the Year 2023 by TAADAC and MTAADAC, she guides people through introspection and goal setting. Jessica is a change agent emphasizing commitment to empowering every person. Jessica has been working with families since 1998. She earned her creative writing degree from Emerson College in 1997 and an education master's degree from Vanderbilt University in 2001. After years of teaching middle and high school, Jessica transitioned to working with clients & families in the inpatient treatment setting. In 2013, Jessica founded and established the first Nashville area Alumni program for clients and families leaving residential treatment. This program was so successful that all the Nashville area treatment centers opened alumni programs and modeled those programs after the one she launched. She enjoys teaching and speaking, networking, coaching, counseling, empowering, and inspiring. Her philosophy is to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go. As a licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor and qualified clinical supervisor (#1265), Jessica is available for LADAC licensure supervision. If you are interested in working towards a LADAC, please contact directly for more information.
