Introduction

Jessica is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience in treating children, adolescents, and adults. Since obtaining her Master's degree in social work from Boston University in 2009, she has worked in outpatient community mental health and private practice, with a specialization in treatment of anxiety, phobias, depression, and trauma. Her work is focused on recognizing the strengths and resilience of the individual and family systems, and empowering clients to make the positive changes they want to see in their lives. Her practice strives to create a safe, warm, and supportive space for clients to gain insight, develop strategies to manage symptoms, and nurture individual strengths.
