Introduction

“It’s the relationship that heals.” -Irvin Yalom Welcome to Dr. Fritzges's practice of clinical psychology. Dr. Fritzges offers collaborative, compassionate care for depression, anxiety, trauma and dissociative disorders in a confidential telehealth treatment setting. Dr. Fritzges has worked with patients from all ages and walks of life, in a variety of treatment settings--community homes, substance abuse programs, inpatient psychiatric hospitals and prisons, as well as several private practices. Wherever you are in your treatment, she will be able to meet you where you are and address your needs with just the right "dose" of support. She can also provide care through a lens of faith, incorporating a shared Christian belief system when requested. In order to provide a unique, effective, compassionate response to you as a person, as a patient in this practice, you'll be warmly welcomed with an individualized plan of care based on your goals. Dr. Fritzges works from a variety of treatment modalities including attachment-based therapy, EMDR, ego state therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral techniques, psychodynamic approaches and person-centered care. Dr. Fritzges sees therapy as a safe place where people can bring their most difficult life stories, hoping to be met with compassion and true help for areas that feel stuck, overwhelming, or painful. She offers interested patients a true relationship: a place to find hope and inspiration to live most fully.
