I specialize in supporting survivors of narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, and a wide range of traumas, including childhood, relational, religious, and isolated traumatic experiences. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), and I integrate these methods with a psychodynamic approach to effectively address trauma. Additionally, I work with individuals facing challenges related to depression, anxiety, parenting, divorce, and codependency. My approach is warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental. I believe in fostering a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe and understood, while also gently challenging you when necessary. The most important aspect of therapy is the connection you have with your therapist, so if it’s not the right fit with me, I encourage you to keep searching until you find someone who is.
