Jessica DeBaufer, M.S., is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the states of Arizona, Connecticut, and Illinois. She is the founder and owner of Willow Wood Counseling. She graduated from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2015 with her Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling. Jessica has worked in both private practice and school settings. She specializes in treating a variety of conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, abandonment, trauma, and mood disruptions. She also helps clients to more effectively manage stress, anger, and life trasitions. She works with children, adolescents, teens, adults, families, and couples of all ages. She utilzies an eclectic approach to therapy bringing in elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychoeducation and Attachment based therapy.
