Seeking counseling is a courageous first step toward healing and I am here to help. Therapy is a wonderful way to find support, clarity, hope, and growth. I am constantly amazed by the positive changes that individuals experience in therapy. I enjoy connecting, understanding, and deeply caring about others as I walk alongside them in their journey. I work with individuals and family members affected by addiction, depression, anxiety and anxiety-related issues, shame and guilt, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and trauma. I believe that every individual has a set of unique strengths and abilities that can help them through life’s difficulties. My goal is to create a place where you can find healing and encouragement in a non-judgmental setting. In the session, I will approach you with kindness and respect. I will listen and speak genuinely, empathetic yet direct. I use evidence-based treatment models, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused therapies in counseling sessions. I am deeply committed to helping people overcome addiction, heal from trauma, and thrive in the face of mood disorders. You can achieve a purposeful and inspired life.
