Introduction

My goal as a therapist is to foster a safe environment and use my knowledge and experience to provide you with the tools you need to make lasting change and commit to the best version of yourself. I use cognitive and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches to assist you in identifying how your thoughts are connected to your emotions and how they interact to influence your behaviors. You will see results in our sessions because I take an action-oriented approach, allowing us to identify solutions for core change.
