Hi! I'm Jessica, a therapist, mom, friend, family member, and, best of all, human. I love working with kiddos and their families, but I especially love working with perinatal and postpartum populations. When you need a light to guide you, I can help you look within, and maybe help you develop a better understanding of yourself and the world. When you need a voice of reason, I can help you find your own voice and be what you always needed. When you need someone on your level, I’ll get down with you, sometimes in some low places. If that’s not where you’re at, we can start small– baby steps are just as important. My goal is to help you build from wherever your house currently stands: built, knocked down, undecorated, or still needing the bricks supplied. Asking for help, in whatever state your house is in, is brave. The brave thing is you’re landing here and asking for help, and that’s half of the battle. Whether you’re confronting your own traumas that have unfolded, day-to-day struggles, need a direction with your child, or want to reassess the whole family dynamic, you are brave. I would love to help you find the piece of your house you’re looking for.
