Introduction

Healing is the most important work we can do, no matter if the wounds we're healing are from long ago or yesterday, from a relationship or harmful cultural messages, or even imbalances in our own brains/bodies. My practice is built upon a few key ideas: all of us struggle, we all have strengths that can be encouraged to support our healing, and we heal more effectively through supportive relationships (be they in our personal lives or with a supportive, well-trained therapist). I work with adults and couples. My training includes Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Informed Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR) and a Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT). In other words, I strive to maintain a rich, responsive, flexible tool kit to support clients as we decide, together, what healing looks like and how to get there. Everybody deserves access to health and supportive healing opportunities. It's my honor and privilege to welcome your work - as you experience it, define it, and live into your own vision of growth and wellness.
