Introduction

I'm committed to helping folks to feel more empowered, connected and present in their lives. Therapy with me is warm, compassionate, and relationship-driven, and I work to ensure you feel safe and supported as we explore and grow together. My approach focuses on finding and releasing the rigid parts and old stories that no longer serve you, so that you can live the life YOU choose. I tailor my approach to every client, and use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), informed by Narrative, Art, Feminist and Existential therapy frameworks.
