She is also a graduate of Texas A&M University, Class of 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and minor in English. She has a background of working with people of all ages in recovery from addictions and eating disorders in intensive treatment settings. Jessica helps women and men explore issues related to family of origin, gender and sexuality, body image, self-esteem, boundaries, and perfectionism. She aims to help her clients gain awareness of avoidance patterns, addictions, disordered eating, and “stuck points” and create room for personal growth and authenticity. Jessica believes in the power of connecting with self and others. As humans, we receive constant messages from our families, media, and society that can often hold us back from listening to or using our own voice. She collaborates with her clients to unlock abilities and strengths, and to empower them to lead fulfilling lives. Email me or send me a message to get started!
