I work closely with individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, navigating the trials of parenthood, managing a chronic illness, or grappling with the stress of life transitions. I enjoy working with families and individuals to help identify triggers, increase emotional regulation, and create healthy routines that will support your family. I am also passionate about neurobiology and the connection between chronic illness and unprocessed traumas. As an individual who has struggled with auto-immune symptoms for over 10 years, I have experienced first-hand the physical relief one can obtain from emotional release in therapy. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, my approach to therapy is holistic and client-centered which means I pull from a variety of modalities such as TF-CBT, TBRI, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and more. Together we will set goals to address challenges, cultivate resilience, and embrace positive change. There’s no doubt that healing takes courage. It takes stepping out, reaching out, and going outside our comfort zones to pursue a greater understanding of ourselves and the hardships we face. This is where you and I meet.
