Introduction

I am a licensed Master level Social Worker, (LMSW), and have 19 years of master level experience. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a passion for aiding individuals, particularly women. My professional journey began as a social worker for an outpatient mental health unit, where I saw various ways stress and trauma can impact our brain chemistry. This experience provided me with a deeper understanding of how anxiety and depression manifest uniquely in each individual. Eventually, I made a transition to outpatient therapy, honing in on women's issues with a particular emphasis on postpartum mental health. I dedicated myself to acquiring specialized training in Perinatal Mood Disorders (PMD).
