Maybe you’re learning to love & accept your body during pregnancy and postpartum, along with all the other emotional changes. COVID has also brought about increased anxiety, depression, isolation, and relationship struggles for many. I will help you feel comfortable, listening with compassion and understanding while offering honest feedback as we explore options for change. I offer an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning that I will use various styles in order to personalize your experience and give you skills for between sessions. My experience as a board-certified music therapist also allows for other outlets of expression and creativity as desired. I am available via telehealth only at this time in Pennsylvania.
