Introduction
At times seeking help may be difficult and trusting someone to help you find your way may be tough. I want to help you find the light that once shined. I have a master’s degree in Community Counseling from Saint Joseph College and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been trained in different modalities of treatment such as DBT, CBT, Trauma informed interventions, EMDR and substance abuse. I also provide clinical supervision. My goal in providing therapy to individuals is to give hope and establish an authentic therapeutic relationship with those I work with. I have worked with individuals who have faced significant trauma in their lives, those recovering from addiction, and those who want to find their way again. I have had the pleasure of helping individuals who feel they lack self-worth and have low self-esteem and have been able to guide them in finding hope and grow into their own strengths and confidence. My therapeutic style involves helping you gain insight and strategies to help you be able in making positive changes in your life while providing you with tools that you can use to challenge and grow
