Dr. Jessica Allen is a Clinical Psychologist dually licensed in NY and MA. Specializing in trauma-informed care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family therapy, she enjoys working with clients across the lifespan. Before entering private practice, Dr. Allen trained and worked for nearly 20 years in rural, urban, and suburban settings across MA, KY, and IN. With a passion for leadership, she most recently served as the Program Director for a large community mental health center and DBT program serving youth and adults. Using humor, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach, Dr. Allen aims to provide a safe and nurturing space where you can learn new skills and strategies that will help you reach your goals.
