Introduction

I was born and raised here in Littleton Colorado. I can't imagine not living in CO. After graduating from a Jefferson County High School I attended Metro State College (now University). Building on my love for psychology and working with children I went to the University of Denver and obtained my Educational Specialist degree (EdS) in School Psychology. As a school psychologist I had the privilege to work with students at every grade/age level from preschool to 21. I spent my days counseling students, evaluating, consulting, administration, reports/paperwork, paperwork, paperwork, among many other things. During this time I attended the University of Colorado Denver and obtained my principal license. Looking for a change, I opened my own private practice in 2018. I hold certifications in: Sandplay (CST) and Trauma (CSST) and have taken numerous courses on CBT, DBT, trauma, grief, and development. I love what I do! I met and married my best friend while in grad school. We have two teenagers who keep me busy. I love to travel, read, paint, go to the zoo, sleep, and spend time with family. We have 3 black cats and a couple fish. I attend church and volunteer with the Kids Ministry.
