Introduction

You want to be the best version of yourself. To make sense of what's happening in your life, past and present, and to make all the different parts of your life work together. What gets in the way is a lack of alignment between your plans and reality. Or maybe between what you believe and what you do, or the expectations of others and who you really are. The result is feeling emotionally disconnected, growing further apart from the people around you, or sinking into a state of depression and anxiety. Maybe you don't like who you're becoming, and you're wanting change but not knowing how to get there or where to start. The truth is, you don't have to live a life that's out of alignment with who you really are and what you really want. I know what it's like to feel like you're living your life out of alignment. To have lost something, whether it's a relationship, a person, or your identity. I've struggled with loss, my faith, my sexuality, and my identity, and have been able to reconcile the different challenges in my own life to make them work together. I've dedicated my life to helping people facing similar challenges in their lives. Here's a bit about what you can expect in working with me: 1. We sit down and unpack your "suitcase": everything you're bringing with you up to this point in your life. Your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Your relationships, your values, your beliefs. 2. We decide what's worth keeping, what's worth adding, and what to leave behind. 3. You take that suitcase with you, full of new ways to handle whatever life throws at you next. I'm willing to work as hard as you are to get you the change that you want, and to get there as quickly as possible. I can show you that therapy doesn't have to be scary. I can show you there is hope to be found.
