I have +5 years of experience within the mental health field in settings that include community mental health, crisis, and counseling--with my passion being therapy. My areas of focus are individual and couples counseling, using methods such as Cognitive Behavorial Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused, and Strength-based approaches to help treat a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. I believe that we all have the capacity for change, and find fulfillment in helping individuals heal, grow, and become the best version of themselves.
