Jesse is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which is a type of psychotherapy treatment designed to alleviate emotional distress resulting from disturbing life experiences. Jesse also has over two years of experience leading anger management classes during which he helped hundreds of individuals better understand the root of their anger, take back their power and begin mending relationships.
