Introduction

Accepting help can be scary, but I believe it is a courageous and vulnerable step. I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in working with adolescents and complex family systems after years of experience working in a wide-variety of adolescent treatment settings. I’m passionate about helping young people develop a strong sense of self, and empowering them to find direction and happiness in their lives. My approach incorporates evidence based practices focused on developing skills, personal insight and healing. I have experience working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ youth and their families. I strive to provide a safe and collaborative experience with all clients, and commit to transparency and embracing your vulnerabilities. I hope to walk through this process with you and help lighten the burden.
