Are you ready to see mental health and therapy in a new light? Do you wish for a better relationship with yourself and those around you? It is easy to get caught up in the day to day and expectations of today’s world. Taking time to work on yourself, talk it out, and find the best version of yourself is one of the most important things a person can do. Therapy doesn’t have to be hard or scary - and I am here to break down barriers and end the stigma of mental health and therapy! I have over 6 years of experience working in an inpatient psychiatric setting, and love working with individuals, couples, and families. I have extensive understanding of substance abuse, depression, grief, anxiety, and persistent mental illness. I enjoy meeting people where they are at, exploring their strengths, and making a plan together to change. I love connecting with people, and I have found my calling as a therapist in this. I work with compassion and humor, attentive listening, and meet people where they are in order to best serve them. Most importantly, I enjoy working with people to find the best version of themselves.
