My approach is rooted in nonjudgmental compassion and a deep understanding of how our emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being intersect. I offer EMDR which supports reprocessing of trauma using the brain’s memory network and somatic sensations of the nervous system in a safe supportive space allowing for transformative healing.
