Introduction

Located in Daytona Beach, Florida, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a rich background as a military veteran and retired Federal Government Official. My passion lies in assisting the brave men, women, and families who have and continue to serve our community in various capacities. I firmly believe in the strength of a therapeutic relationship, and I am convinced that successful therapy stems from a team approach, where the client and therapist work collaboratively to achieve optimal outcomes. All though I see clients with a wide range of DSM-5 presentations, my specialization encompasses all forms of Clinical Depression, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder, Persistent Depressive Disorder (Dysthymia), Cyclothymia, Bipolar I & II, and Schizoaffective Disorder. Differentiating between these disorders is crucial, as treatments, interventions, and medications can significantly vary for each disorder despite similarities in depressive symptoms. My extensive experience allows me to tailor therapeutic strategies that address the unique needs of each individual, ensuring effective and personalized care.
